Brief overview of functionality

1. When creating a new game, add at least one player using the plus button next to Players. You can re-use existing players for future games.
2. Add rounds using the Add Round button.
3. Set scores by tapping the score number for each player in the rounds list.
4. The Progression graph in the Leaderboard view shows the cumulative score for each player over time.
